Maisons Chicoine Homes invited Element5 to assist in the implementation of a steel reinforced timber framed CLT structure. Klimat is a new 6,000 square foot bouldering and fitness center in Wakefield, Quebec. Its large windows, world cup style climbing walls, and rustic environment create a unique space for activity. Klimat is the first success CLIPs (cross laminated insulated panels) project for Element5.
