One of E5’s first multi-unit residential condo buildings. Built on the foundation and first floor of an historic building, unable to be saved for structural reasons, this 5-storey condo, will feature exposed CLT floorplates, glulam columns and beams. Reminiscent of the design of the historic buildings, this new building will utilize innovative, modern techniques and sustainable materials.
