Originally the site of West Michigan Steel, the Adelaide Pointe property was purchased in 2021 with the ultimate goal of reinvigorating and reinventing the area for the benefit of the Muskegon community. This 30-acre community development will feature 300 mass timber condos the best views of Muskegon Lake! Mass timber will be beautifully exposed and seamlessly integrated with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that will overlook miles of waterfront.
The scope of Element5’s involvement includes the supply and delivery of the CLT floors, walls and roof, as well as the glulam beams and columns. This sustainable design will feature exposed Element5 CLT ceilings, and glulam beams.
