about the project:
For their new headquarters, Living Libations prioritized a durable, low-energy building design that would have minimal environmental impact. The resulting 4-storey Passive House production facility incorporates innovative Boxx panels as part of a highly efficient, hybrid structural solution. The panels in this project are 300mm deep, comprised of two 60mm thick CLT panels separated by 180mm engineered vertical joists. These prefabricated cassettes efficiently span long distances between supporting structural members and are best suited for use as structural floor and roof elements in buildings two stories and above..
